Terms of Service

AI Label Tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Results may be inaccurate or unavailable at times. Use at your own risk.

By using this site you agree not to automate requests to it in a way that disrupts the service for other users.

This tool helps you add the icon and metadata labeling described in Article 50 of the EU AI Act. It is not legal advice, and using it does not by itself make your content compliant with the AI Act or any other law. Responsibility for whether an image needs labeling, and for the correctness of that labeling, stays with you as the image's owner or uploader.
